This survey aims to identify the actual training needs of faculty members and assistant staff across all university faculties. This will contribute to the preparation and implementation of specialized training programs that support the development of teaching and scientific research skills, and enhance professional and personal competencies.

The Civil Engineering Department organizes the department's annual scientific conference, within the framework of supporting scientific research, encouraging innovation, and exchanging scientific expertise among faculty members, researchers, and students.

The conference aims to:
